DR-mini
Thin desktop RAIN RFID reader that fits any counter

The DR-mini is a 100 g desktop reader, 10 mm thin, with a built-in antenna for reads up to 1 m. Add external antennas to reach 6 m. It plugs into USB and types tags like a keyboard.
You scan items at a checkout, price-check station or sorting table, and a PC does the rest. It lies flat on the counter, runs from one USB cable and reads up to 1 m.
Need Ethernet, PoE or GPIO outputs? Choose the DR-max. Want a bigger antenna built in? The DR-pad has 8.5 dBiC.

Questions we hear
What do I need to buy with it?
A PC or phone to receive the reads, and tags from your own supplier: Identix does not supply tags. The built-in antenna reads up to 1 m. External antennas reach 6 m.
How does it send the tag number to my software?
It types the number like a keyboard, over USB or Bluetooth. Any program with a text field can receive it. It also has Wi-Fi.
