High-performance IoT RAIN RFID reader
Identix EZ-series is a family of IoT UHF RAIN RFID readers specially designed for use in high-performance industrial applications
Ethernet PoE and Wi-Fi connectivity, combined with communication protocols such as MQTT and HTTP, enables rapid and seamless integration with various business applications
Advanced features such as DRM (Dense Reader Mode) and SJC (Self Jamming Cancelation) ensure efficient and reliable RFID tag reading under the most challenging conditions
Additionally, when used with RFID tags equipped with the Impinj M800 chip, they deliver a significant increase in read performance, reducing inventory time for tags of interest (TOI) by up to 90%, thanks to the features of the Impinj GEN2X Toolbox
They also incorporate a high-power integrated GPIO module for connecting sensors and actuators, eliminating the need for additional devices and reducing the overall installation cost of the RFID reading system
The EZ-series piglets can be optionally equipped with height sensors and an accelerometer, specifically for deployment on forklifts and other load-handling equipment, enabling automated recording of storage and retrieval of items identified with RFID tags.
